Finding a wedding planner is a great place to start at the beginning of your engagement. A full-service planner can offer you valuable insights, industry connections, and help you build an organized foundation right from the start.

12-18 months is the ideal timeframe, especially for destination weddings. However, our team has planned and executed weddings in less than 3 months. It’s all about great connections, prioritizing, and staying organized!

If you’ve had your heart set on a venue for a long time, book it, then find a planner who has strong experience with weddings in that destination. If you don’t know where to begin, a great planner can show you amazing venues in your style and budget, saving you tons of time and research.

Absolutely! We’ve had the privilege to work with couples and vendors from around the world — we understand how to navigate different timezones, and maximize our time together in person. Our international clients also find it helpful to work closely with someone who is familiar with North American culture, and can help navigate the language/cultural barriers that come with planning a destination wedding in a foreign country.

Wedding planning is the foundation of your wedding, and event design is all the visual elements of your wedding. Even the most beautifully designed wedding will fall apart without a solid foundation, which is why it’s so important to have one professional managing both aspects, hand-in-hand.

Wedding day execution is part of our wedding planning services, but not offered as a stand-alone service. We pride ourselves in providing a concierge level of service and cohesive attention to detail — we can only do so if we are involved in your journey from start to finish.

Yes! In fact, a large percentage  of our clients live outside this area. We work with you to act as your liaison, maximize your planning time when you are in town, and offering technology based tools during the planning process (ie: skype, FaceTime, Client Portal, and E-Contracts).

You never get just one person’s opinion, time, or effort! We take a collaborative team approach. Behind the scenes, our team works together on all angles of each stage of the process on your behalf. Each of our team members is a specialist with a unique, dedicated role they spearhead for your wedding. You also never get a “standard” wedding design. We have a penchant for the unexpected. We’re always asking, “What can we do that’s different than anything we’ve done before?” We imagine something delightfully innovative just for the couple with each wedding we design. And, finally, you’ll never receive a design proposal for something that’s kitschy, overdone, or not tasteful. We like to say our style is understated opulence — but with over-the-top intentionality.
