One could certainly spend more or even less, but these are general numbers for vendors that are experienced, licensed, insured and able to promise a streamlined process from beginning to end. Our budget minimum typically begins at $60k but you will see some variations depending on the level of service with our team.

• Venue: $6-12K
• Catering + bar: $100+ per person (includes, china, linens, napkins, etc.)
• Photography: $8-16K
• Video: $6-15K
• Band: $7-30K
• DJ: $1.5-3.5K (celebrity DJ’s are upwards of $15K)
• Cake: $8-15 per person (only purchase for 75% of those that RSVP)
• Flowers: $15k minimum
• Rentals: Variable ($5-150k)
