The weddings you see in our portfolio are typically running $350-650 per guest. Below is what you could expect to spend within our network of vendors. One could certainly spend more or even less, but these are general numbers for vendors that are experienced, licensed, insured and able to promise a streamlined process from beginning to end. Our budget minimum typically begins at $60k but you will see some variations depending on the level of service with our team.

  • Venue: $6-12K
  • Catering + bar: $100+ per person (includes, china, linens, napkins, etc.)
  • Photography: $8-16K
  • Video: $6-15K
  • Band: $7-30K
  • DJ: $1.5-3.5K (celebrity DJ’s are upwards of $15K)
  • Cake: $8-15 per person (only purchase for 75% of those that RSVP)
  • Flowers: $15k minimum
  • Rentals: Variable ($5-150k)
  • Wedding Insurance: $600
  • Wedding Coordinator: $5500
  • Full-Service Planner: $18000 + 30 % on design related vendors
  • Dress: Variable $3k-10K
  • Suit: $300-$700 rentals. Custom: $1200
  • Hair: $100-400 Client / $100-150 wedding attendant
  • Makeup: $100-150 per service. Most have minimums of $3500.
  • Lighting: $2-10K
  • Paper goods: $3-10K
  • Welcome Bags: $35-75 each + hotel fee of $3-4 per bag
  • Exit Car: $700+
  • Transportation: $180 per hour (with 5-6-hour minimums)

  • House Tables and Chairs
  • Alcoholic Beverages: Beer and Wine (not open bar)
  • Catering: $75 pp min (including tax and service fees)
  • Design:$15-20K rentals, florals, linens, etc
  • Invitations: $3k (including postage)
  • Photography:$5k
  • Videography: $2.5
  • Dress: $2k

  • Officiant: $500
