If a seat is purchased for one of our events and the attendee is unable to attend for ANY reason, deposits can be applied to another event that is announced after the date of their withdrawal, according to these specifications: Deposits cannot be transferred to other event dates or locations that have already been announced. Withdrawing from one of our events must be done in writing, and accepted by Wrennwood Design with acknowledgment and confirmation of the withdrawal by email. A deposit may only be transferred once, if the attendee is unable to attend the second event they have committed to, the deposit and all payments will be forfeited. An email will be sent out requesting the balance due, according to the due date presented on the workshop page. A follow-up email will be sent three days after the due date if the balance is still unpaid. Attendee has 24 hours from the time of the follow-up email to pay their balance, or any payments will be forfeited, and the seat will be sold to someone on the waiting list.  A deposit may be transferred to a future workshop if the attendee contacts Wrennwood Design via email, 60 days prior to any event outside of the US, and 45 days prior to any event in the US.
